Take A Health Professional to the People Day

Take a Health Professional to the People Day (TADay) is a health promotion and educational event coordinated by the University of Pittsburgh Center for Health Equity (CHE) in partnership with five African American barbershops in Pittsburgh.  It is a community-based program conducted in April during National Minority Health Month.

Health professionals, practitioners, and students can volunteer to conduct health screenings (such as blood pressure, oral health, etc.) and provide healthly lifestyle education to community members at participating barbershops.   Register by noon on April 17 via the link below:
